A silent, grainy film showing a woman in 1970s clothing slowly turning her head over 45 minutes. The twist: Beaulieu had spliced the film with three identical frames of a fly landing on her lip. The loop was intentionally broken, so every 4 minutes and 7 seconds, the image froze for 11 seconds.
