Glue the blueprint to 1/4" MDF using spray adhesive. Cut out your templates on the bandsaw. Sand the edges smooth. This is your master.
You can print a PDF. You can laminate the pages. You can spill coffee on them. Try doing that with your laptop while running a table saw. A PDF lives in the sawdust. funky rocker design plans pdf better
