The resetter only resets the software counter . It does not clean the physical pads. If you have printed thousands of pages, the pads might overflow. Consider buying replacement pads or taking the printer for physical cleaning after doing this reset 2-3 times. If you are still seeing errors, let me know: Are you getting a specific error code ? Is it a blinking light (one or both)?
