This is the most effective way to "download" or restore the BOOTMGR file from your existing system files.

Boot to Command Prompt from the recovery media. Step 2: Launch DiskPart: diskpart Step 3: List disks: list disk (Select your main disk, usually Disk 0) Step 4: Select your disk: select disk 0 Step 5: List partitions: list partition Step 6: Identify the System Reserved partition (usually 100MB to 350MB, type = System).
