Since you don't own the game on Steam, you must use external tools to pull files from the Steam Workshop.

The update to version 1.9.7.12 and beyond introduced a new modding API that is currently in a semi-broken state. Many popular mods built for "classic" Repentance will not function on this newer version until updated by their creators. Achievement Restriction:
