Because it is HEVC (H.265) , some older media players can't handle it. I recommend using VLC Media Player or MPC-HC; they handle HEVC much better than default system players.

When you see the tag (High Efficiency Video Coding), also known as H.265, you are looking at the successor to the standard H.264 format.
