Artist’s Dispatch — The Collage Harbor On a small volcanic rim, an artist named Miko harvests detritus from the high-tide line: frayed fishing rope, cobalt bottle shards, postage stamps from ports he’s never visited. In his studio — a corrugated shed warmed by an ancient kerosene lamp — Miko arranges fragments into what he calls "collage harbors": layered panels where found materials form harbors that do not exist on any map.
