Nintendo released critical updates to fix bugs and improve connectivity. The latest version (v1.0.2) addressed issues where Pokémon received via Mystery Gift didn't register in the Pokédex and fixed various gameplay glitches.

This was the first major patch, addressing a frustrating bug where Pokémon received via Mystery Gift wouldn't register in the Pokédex if the game wasn't saved immediately.
