Tubero follows a group of desperate men working in Manila’s dark, labyrinthine sewer system. By day, they clean and repair pipes. By night, some of them cross a moral line – involved in illegal activities that bring them face to face with crime, corruption, and the city's forgotten underworld. When a sudden discovery (or betrayal) turns their world upside down, loyalty is tested, and survival becomes a bloody game.
