The first episode of Kirarin Revolution introduces us to Kirari Tsukishima, a cheerful and talented elementary school student who loves music. Kirari's life changes when she meets Seiji, a popular musician who becomes her inspiration. She decides to audition for a prestigious music school, but she's not sure if she's good enough. Will Kirari pass the audition and take the first step towards her musical dreams?

Her life changes when she rescues a turtle named Kame-san from a tree. The owner, a kind and handsome boy named , gives her a ticket to a concert for the famous idol duo SHIPS as a thank-you. Smitten at first sight, Kirari rushes to the venue but encounters a rude boy who rips her ticket and tells her she lives in a "different world" from Seiji.
