The plot follows Kurt Sloane (played by Alain Moussi), the American kickboxer who avenged his brother’s death in the first film. However, peace is short-lived. Kurt is drugged, kidnapped, and thrown into a Thai prison. To win his freedom and save his wife, he must fight a 7-foot-tall giant named Mongkut (played by WWE legend Dave Bautista) in an underground fight to the death.
